WINDOWS

Steel or aluminium windows are supplied as a complete unit with glazing.
Curtain tracks, burglar bars, blinds, fly screens etc. can be supplied if required.

DOORS

External and internal doors are made up of composite panels. Hollow core or solid timber doors can be specified. 2 and 3 lever locks are supplied as a standard.

ROOF & CEILING

Steel trusses with a 15 degree pitch certified by a professional engineer. The roof covering is global roofing solutions 0.6 full hard IBR. Alternative roof sheeting such as Chromadek, Harvey tiles, Fibre Cement, etc. can be specified.

ELECTRICAL & PLUMBING

We conform to SABS and the National Building Standards of South Africa.

OPTIONAL EXTRAS

Kitchen furniture and built in cupboards available in various finishes.
Floor cover— Final tiles, carpets, ceramic tiles etc.
Extended roof overhangs or verandahs.
