About Us
Prefab Modular Projects is a South African based
company providing turnkey prefabricated modular building
solutions, both permanent and mobile. We are able to offer our
customers turnkey solutions through our partnership with companies
that can offer services like Facilities management, catering etc. We
are specialising in the expanding construction and mining sectors
worldwide. We are also involved in the commercial, residential,
education and healthcare industries.
We are a solution orientated organisation, placing major emphasis on
staff. We also believe that each worker needs the necessary skill to
improve him/her self and therefore we have a skills development
training program in various aspects of our industry.
We also take pride in empowering local labour, as part of our
development training program. Our minimum employment ratio will be
one local labourer to one skilled labourer. We also offer the option
of bringing in a smaller team of skilled Supervisors/Instructors who
oversee the training process. This option is not advisable where
time is limited, as we would not want to jeopardise our standard of
work while training is taking place. We have set and maintained the
highest standards of service excellence, not only in the
quality of our workmanship, but also in our approach to safety,
discipline and appearance.
